This Guided Mindfulness Meditation is simple and concise. A guide that may offer a calmness and centering through attention to the moment. Richard’s soothing and engaging voice has a gentle way of guiding the listener and encouraging a process of relaxation, while at the same time, allowing an awareness of each moment as it unfolds that can have a positive impact on reducing stress and anxiety. The meditation consists of visualizationvisualization and attention to the breath, physical body awareness, sensory activation, a body scan, prayer work, a 5 minute period of stillness and the closing.
